Kelvin Deshawn Seldon

Kelvin is a cybersecurity professional with 20 plus years of Information Technology experience in both Commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. He is an Army veteran and has worked as a contractor for the Army for the past 10 years as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and an RMF Analyst. Kelvin has assisted DoD organizations in preparing for and successfully passing Risk Management Framework (RMF) Validations to obtain Authorizations To Operate (ATO) as well as passing Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI). He has extensive experience with NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171 as well as assessing and implementing Security Controls.


Kelvin has assessed and rebuilt Army organizational cybersecurity programs to include training and continuous monitoring. His additional experience includes working on cloud migration projects to ensure that all RMF controls are implemented and that the systems could obtain Authorizations To Operate.


Kelvin’s career is supported by a bachelors degree in Information Systems Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP and CCSP Certifications. He currently holds an active Top Secret Security Clearance.
